On Apr 29 2012 BrookeM06 wrote, ...like my girlfriend and I would be stuck between 3rd and 4th floor. It started shaking once up on the 3rd floor. Also the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. Last and most importantly.BUGS! I don't know if they were bed bugs or what, but I had bug bites on my arms and neck. This is very disgusting. I am not making this up and I have no reason to. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me to.

We discovered an issue with bedbugs our first night there and called to complain the same evening. 2 of my children were bit. We called to complain to the front desk of our problem and they offered to move us to another room that was a smoking room, however I declined that offer and had them check to see if there were any other arrangements...
