On Oct 31 2012 MrsCollins wrote, 10/4/2012 My husband and I found a TON (like 20 or more) dead bed bugs on the headboard/floor board and upon further inspection saw eggs in our sheets! We showed the management and they didn't act surprised AT ALL. We were so disgusted! We got a refund from Hotels.com and stayed elsewhere.I will NEVER stay at another Econo Lodge because of this. I mean come on.they are dead and you still don't clean...

On Jan 15 2012 Found the bed bugs on the head board base board. Went down told the office manager and said come look he said oh yeah we had a report three weeks ago and I said well they did not do a good job getting rid of them and I want a refund and to get out of here as quick as possible! I got a refund and left.
