On Mar 30 2011 We found a bedbug in our room on 3/20/11. We reported it to management, and provided the live bug in a plastic ziplock bag to the manager on duty.

On Mar 30 2011 We stayed at this hotel the weekend of March 19, 2011. On Sunday a.m., we were getting ready for breakfast and I saw a bug crawling on the bed. On Nov 3 2010 I stayed here in June of 2009 for one night-room 1402-the next day I developed red welts all over my back, arms and neck. I would say there were at least 100 bites. I spoke with the manager a few days later who claimed that they tore apart the room but didn't find one bug. The experience was miserable.
