On May 30 2012 We found bedbugs in room 221 that I rented on 5/25/2012 I reported it to the manager on duty, but they refused to give me a refund and bags to put my stuff so I wouldn't spread those things around. Manager argued that I reported to late. It happened around 5 in the morning , I took a shower and went downstairs to report it. I have to throw most of my stuff away including shoes, clothes, and towels....
