On Apr 28 2012 Tablescraps wrote, ...traveller I did not feel safe at all. The icing on the cake was the bite marks that I was covered in the next day after staying one night at the grafton. Bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to being overpriced, the clientele it attracts and the rude and unhelpful staff. Judging by the other reviews on here, I should have complained rather than giving the benefit of the doubt!

On May 22 2011 Returned home from two night stay. I have a row of bites extending from my stomach around the right side to my back. A rash has formed and is irritated and itchy. I informed the hotel.

On Dec 14 2010 I stayed at the Grafton last week during a business trip and was bitten over 20 times by bed bugs. I suffered an allergic reaction to them and had to go to an emergency clinic. I cannot get management to call me back from this hotel despite the fact that there are many reported cases on Trip Advisor for this hotel.
