On Aug 4 2011 ...He had a very late check-in after driving quite a distance. He checked into his room, pulled back the sheets and found bugs. The next Mroning at 7:30am, he had a meeting. There was no time to inform anyone and he simply informed me, his assistant upon his return to the office after his lengthy road trip. The hotel refused to refund his room and further denied his findings, asking for "proof".
