On Aug 10 2012 Sam T wrote, Stayed for one night at Hotel Frank! The nxt day I had more than 30 bed bug bites. They never refunded my money. I would just stay away from that Hotel! Spoke with the manager, told me she would call me back within 24 hrs which she never did. I had to call couple of times to get a hold of her. Overall not a pleasant stay.

On Dec 15 2010 Anonymous, Australia wrote, Hi, I stayed at Hotel Frank (386 Greary St) in December 2010 for three nights. On the first morning I woke up with two itchy welts on my wrist. On the second night of my stay I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites. I still have these and have been terribly uncomfortable.

On Nov 24 2010 I'm from Brazil and we stayed at this hotel wich name is HOTEL FRANK (386 Geary Street San Francisco, CA 94102 415.986.200) from october 30th to november 1st of 2010. We saw blood all over the sheet and we found lots of bed bugs. We had bites in our skin that caused itch and redness. It was a disgusting experience. The worst is the concern about spreading those bed bugs in our homes.
