On Aug 5 2012 Charllaka wrote, Great hotel, but they need to get rid of the BED BUGS! The cost is worth it, and the location is perfect. Staff are wonderful. Very quaint & cozy. Beds are small in size. Check in is quick, great quality for a building that will be 100 years old in 2013. No view, a lot of partying going on across the street at the The Clift Thursday through Saturday.

On Jul 28 2011 Rivvy wrote, ...The only thing I did NOT like was the bathroom. We found some hairs in the shower and there was mold all along the tub. The tub didn't drain very well either, so I was standing in filthy San Fran remnants every time I took a shower. Gross. Plus there are no fans in the bathroom. I don't think it was worth the money we spent but at least the bed was comfortable and there were no bed bugs.
