On Jun 2 2012 Katie N wrote, Stayed in a room on the 11th floor, got back to my room at 3am and the bed was covered in bed bugs. I killed a few, while waiting for the manager to come up to the room. He said, "Maybe they're mosquito's." I said "REALLY? Pull back the sheets" there were 3 large ones on the sheets. He said, "Well we're closing in 7 days. So we'll put you in another room." On Apr 18 2011 ...hotel housekeeper said it was dust and manager was not going to do much then change sheets. i insisted on moving rooms. security came to take pictures of bites and he himself said they get complaints all the time and that they breed in heating vents and matresses in hotel. at 125 dollars a night, i did not want to pay to basically be a blood donor for nasty bed bugs. they didnt handle it right.
