The manager is horrible at her job! she has no respect towards guest and will not handle any problem professionally. On Sep 13 2012 John L wrote, June 15th walked into the hotel to check in. Upon entering the room, I did my usual inspection and found about five bugs in the bed closest to the window. The room was on the second floor. We went to the front desk and the clerk simply said "OK' and gave us a receipt for no charge. Our friends checked out as well when they saw bugs and were handed a black plastic garbage bag to place their clothes into.

There were large moths flying around the rooms. The floor of the elevator was sticky in the morning - why? We weren't sure we wanted to know! The only choice was to check out in the morning; it just wasn't safe to stay even one more night...
