On Oct 24 2011 We had a reservation for Saturday, October 23, 2011. As we were getting ready for bed about 9:30 p.m. I was in the bathroom and in the tub were bedbugs. Of course I am not 100% sure, but I'm 99% sure based of shape and color. The front desk lady came and saw them in the tub. She got us a room at the hotel next door (The Fairfield) for a cheaper price then I could have on my own ($70.00 v. 100.00)....

On Jul 19 2011 This hotel is now named Americinn. We stayed for 1 overnight and our 16 year old daughter showed us that she had multiple bites all over her body (elbows, knees, hip and back.) This was on the night of July 15th. Hotel comped our stay but were unwilling to do anything else like comp us for our luggage, clothing and we had to risk taking our belongings home with us to another state. GM was unwilling...
