On Oct 28 2011 John H wrote, ...regular problem. All the carpets should be cleaned. The desk help is not the problem this is a senior management problem. Yes, I did end up with bed bugs and had to freeze my suitcase and all the contents to kill them. Amazingly, several corporate "performance awards" are posted by the front desk. What a joke! I have been trying to contact the Tri-County health department to no avail. Stay away!

On May 30 2011 We have been staying at this hotel for 2 weeks now. Started to get bug bites and didn't really think anything of it till I saw a bed bug climbing behind the headboard.
