On Oct 29 2012 ...My aunt, Helen , and her two granddaughters stayed in Room 213. One of the girls was bitten by bedbugs and the manager called and confirmed that Terminex confirmed bedbug activity in that room on 22 Oct 12. My aunt and the girls were moved to Room 216 after the complaint, so that room probably has bedbugs now. Other relatives stated they saw brown and black bugs in their rooms (217 & 218)but were...

On Oct 21 2012 jlrg wrote, My husband stayed here in July/Aug while I was in the hospital. The first room was ok, then they moved him to an access room. BED BUGS. When he approached the manager for a new room, he was told he brought the bed bugs with him. The manager continued to be rude but eventually agreed to move him to a new room. Rude management is not to be forgiven.
