On Apr 23 2011 I read the account above, so after I found out that the Denver Monaco Kempton hotel had two reports of bed bugs (on this site and on another)the first thing I did was call the hotel and ask to speak to the manager. The hotel has never said that they have them and were very rude and defensive about it when we confronted them. JUST DONT GO THERE

On Mar 20 2011 I had friends that came to denver to visit, they stayed at the hotel monaco in denver colorado on 17th and champa. this is the only place that they stayed on their trip, both couples returned home in different states and would up with bed bugs in their luggage. the hotel could of cared less. they left messages with a guy named vonn, the general manager. the hotel has yet to return a call.
