On Dec 1 2011 I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October and my room was infested with bed bugs. I didn't know they were there until it was too late. They followed to my home and I have been struggling to sleep at night worried about the ones I took care of at my place will return. I would've never had to face this problem if I didn't stay at this hotel. When it was all said it done, the bugs bit me over 100...

My cousin's room had blood stains on the pull out bed. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place in Atlanta and in Inverness many times and have always had great experiences and I'm very disappointed with the Hyatt Place Hoover and will be reporting my concerns to my Hyatt National Sales Rep.
