On Jun 13 2012 Devon R wrote, My parents stayed at this hotel to come to graduation. The rate was outrageous with no benefits at all. There were black bugs (maybe bedbugs) and ants in the room. The staff were very rude and acted as if it was inconvenient for them to come look at it then sprayed a toxin that smelled for hours after. When asked questions on various subjects the front desk chose to have an "I don't know" attitude...

We also found holes in the sheets, my husband killed a bug ( not a bed bug) but some kind of bug crawling across the sheets. Found some long hairs on one of the pillows in our bed. They put the coffee in the front lobby through the coffee maker twice. ( Caught them doing this twice during our stay.). Called priceline after the first night to try to cancel....
