On Sep 15 2010 Bed Bug Horror! wrote, ...I turned on the light and looked in the mirror to find a big red welt across my lid. I then pulled my covers back and moved the pillow back, and that's where I found the tenates I refused to pay for! There were two bed bugs in the bed with me, and one in my mother's bed also! I immediately called management, and asked for my money back! Which they were very nice and did give me a full refund.
