On Mar 2 2012 ...up because I felt itchy on my neck. I found red spots on my neck and back; they were swollen. When I turned on the light in the room, we caught two little bed bugs on the pillow and one big one on the sheet. We switched hotel right away; tried to talk to the manager about it but wasn't successful in resolving the problem with him. We were so dissappointed and will never go back to this place!

On Aug 9 2011 This place is now called "The Days Inn and Suites". We found bed bugs crawling on the bed. We reported it to management and they refused to refund us and said, "Bed bugs can come in with customers. It's not our problem."
