On Apr 12 2012 ...well. There were small specs of "stuff" on the floor and hairs in the bathroom. I had read a bed bug article and decided to check under the sheets sure enough we found three bugs. The first I thought was a fuzz and flicked it to the floor but then I saw two more so we trapped them and I went to get a manager. On Feb 15 2012 01/31/12 Arrival: I stay in lots of hotels during the week but after staying one night at HIE the next day I had a very itchy red insect bite like marks on my back. I did not go to a DR because each day the itching was getting a little better and redness of the bites getting smaller. I don't want to bad mouth the hotel but would like to know if anyone else had the same experience.

On Dec 1 2010 My husband came home with bedbug bites around his neck. The small red bumps appeared the day right after our first night at the Holiday Inn Express. At first we thought it was allergies, but we soon found out it was not. Very alarming .Terrible! (11/2010)

On Oct 8 2010 10/7/10 we checked in at 11pm. Room was musty. When we checked between the mattresses, there were bedbugs all over.Please see attached photo from our cell phone.We left by 12midnight and Holiday in could not help us. Stranded and far from home.

On May 2 2010 Tony Shkreli wrote, I have been bitten by beg bugs in this hotel on 4-26-2010 in room 339. I stayed in this hotel for 3 (4-26, 27, 28-2010)nights and have been suffering from itching and bites on my back, torso and arms. The itching and rash have not gone away as of 5-2-2010. I was on a bussiness trip in the area. I did capture a bug and showed the manager of the hotel and she creditted my account.

On Jan 5 2006 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, ...and were in bed watching TV and as we were getting comfortable we realized we had copany in bed- BUGS! millipeds. I called the office @ 3:00 am and had no other rooms available. In the am they were going to offer a small discount $30.00. after much dicsussion they offered a free room at another time in the nice part of the hotel.
