On Sep 15 2011 When we checked into the hotel, I did an initial bed bug inspection. I removed the comforter and checked under the mattress pad, the mattress itself etc. Everything seemed to check out and I saw no evidence of bed bugs. Upon returning to our room later that night I saw a bed bug crawling on the pillow case. At that point we called the manager up. She came to our room, saw the bug, threw it in the toilet...

On Aug 24 2010 Brandon wrote, Stayed in room 119 on August 21 2010. Didn't think to check for bugs because never had the problem before. Went straight to sleep. I had bites all over my shoulder blades, backs of my arms, back of my neck, etc. There is a large infestation at establishment. I called their front desk a few days later and notified them. They didn't deny it but didn't say much of anything else either.
