It is bad enough to travel with the worry of bed bugs and staff that do not care,as the level of customer service goes down to a third world status,but I do not want to sleep in a bed that someone has had their as licking hound in. Just let me know upon registration and I will find a non kennel room somewhere else!

All are within walking distance. Rooms were acceptable - although rough around the edges. Furniture was worn, towels were well-used. No bedbugs or roaches were felt or seen. With all the B.S. going on here all weekend - keep your doors locked in this place.

On Nov 2 2011 webhead42 wrote, ...at our home for the last 4 days. Although the room seemed somewhat clean, I checked the bed for bed bugs. Found nothing. I lifted the mattress and found a used crack pipe. I didnt make a scene, I just returned it to the front desk letting them know. No offer was made to move rooms or maybe a discount. I checked out next day and am now staying in New Haven at the Premiere Hotel and Suites (also Pet-Friendly)....
