On Jan 1 2012 IntravelItrust wrote, ...home. Needless to say, we didn't even shower, as there was NO WAY I was gonna use the bathtub. I was extremely nervous about bed bugs, so I kept everything elevated on the wood tables. To top it off, when leaving, my husband hands in the key card (not sure why, they are useless) to "What's yo room numba?" No, "how was your stay?" or "thank you for staying with Hartford Plaza Hotel". Never Again.

On Oct 31 2011 I stayed at this hotel on 10/26-10/27/11 I woke up with several bed bug bites on my body, approximately 15 bites. They have been red, swollen and itchy. Please do not stay at this hotel. The management wouldn't even reimburse me for my stay, and I even showed them some of my bites!
