On Feb 23 2012 I found bed bugs in my room #320 I called down to the front desk and to let them know and to ask for another room and they were not very accommodating. They told me that they had a few cases before and it seemed as though it did not even phase them. I was told that housekeeping did not find any bed bugs. Soo. the explaination for the bites all over my body? Guess they were pesty ghosts. I would not recommend this hotel not only for the poor beds/pillows and pests but also for the lack of responsible and dependable management.
