On Aug 7 2012 Terry wrote, Our family stayed there in August 2012 and we were all severely bitten by bed bugs there. We would not recommend this hotel. In addition, the room was not clean, towels were stained and smelly. The shower was clogged and the carpet looked dirty. This hotel saves on maintenance.

The management changed our room, but never even issued an apology, or any kind of compensation. On Oct 13 2011 Thanks a Lot, Hilton wrote, Bedbugs at $400 a night. I stayed there in July 2011 and came home with 10-15 bites. I called Hilton corporate and as well as the hotel directly - neither cared enough to get back to me. Simply gross. Stay elsewhere.

On Nov 9 2010 seeseattle wrote, I gotten eaten by bedbugs during my one-night stay. When I went to talk to the manager to let him know he said that it was "impossible" because they had recently closed down for a week to fumigate. (um, ok.)
