On Feb 15 2011 I found bed bugs on the mattress on 2/5/11 and the night manager was terribly rude and not in the least bit alarmed or concerned for our health or belongings. He claimed to know nothing about procedures to follow when bed bugs are found.

On Feb 14 2011 dempsem wrote, We discovered bed bugs on the mattress in our room. When we reported it to the night manager, he was rude, unconcerned and became irate over our pressing for answers about the hotel's procedures. He stated that he had no knowledge of protocol to follow and we learned he re-sold the room after we were moved. Needless to say, we did not not sleep at all in that night.

On Oct 18 2010 I was bitten all over my body at this hotel. The pain was unbearable, and I had to throw away all my stuff. It was such a horrendous experience. I would never go back to this hotel ever again - not even the ones in the same area.

On Sep 7 2009 Holiday Inn Washington Georgetown wrote, ...we did not know what it was, he did not appear to have any bites and we were clueless regarding bed bugs. On the way out in the morning told the front desk about spots on sheets. When returned late in the day we walked into the room and my son's bed was not made. Called the desk and they said they had another room for us, did not mention bed bugs but said due to a mechanical or plumbing problem....
