On Nov 3 2011 Rivonia wrote, ...room. Close to Trader Joes Negatives: The rodents. Yes, 2 of them, in 2 different rooms. The bed bugs in 2 different rooms. The absolute indifferent attitude of the management to either the mouse or the bed bugs. The noise from the ambulances all hours of the night because the hotel is right next to a hospital. On Oct 16 2011 lizardlips48 wrote, I do understand that hotels may be helpless to completely avoid any level of bedbug infestation, given the variety of travelers and unsuspecting carriers. However, with proper employee training (how to inspect at each linen changing and on daily bedmaking), no infestation should become advanced, and travelers reporting an infestation should be appreciated as part of the warning system, not penalized....

On Aug 18 2011 Ginny W wrote, Bedbugs found in our room. Management very uncooperative. General Manager refused to appear after 4 requests. Stated they would clean all out clothes and mail them to us with shoes and suitcases being cleaned. Did not clean everything. Had to throw away suitcases and clothes. Very unsatisfied with hotel management response/resolution. Would strongly recommend not staying here!
