On Jan 16 2012 AZ Business Traveler wrote, I don't know for sure they were bed-bugs but I was bitten during two trips to this hotel in 2011. Most recently in December. I called the hotel and they denied it could be bed-bugs, but in any case I had a dozen or so small bites that looked like it was. The hotels response was, in any case, unhelpful and unsympathetic.

On Nov 16 2011 After trying to sleep for a few hours, I saw a red mark (bite) on my inner leg. I asked the hotel manager to come to my room and she transferred me to Rm. 213. No apologies from the hotel. I tried to send an email, but I got no response from the contact person (guest services).

On Mar 17 2011 ...on my legs. A miserable, overweight, short, woman with red hair had an attitude when I explained the situation to her at the Front Desk (I guess she thought I was lying). I was put in touch with the GM who acted like a total tool. I was later I had definitely been bitten by bed bugs. Avoid this hotel. It is over priced anyway and worn down. I can't believe they call this place a Hilton. Avoid it!
