Even though my first room didn't show signs of bed bug infestation, I did find two dead bed bugs on the carpet under the bed. On Dec 20 2011 ...checked hers too & everything appeared OK. In the morning (12/18), my friend had an engorged bedbug crawl across the sheet up by her pillow. We called the front desk, they credited the room with their apologies and assured us that the exterminator had been notified. While the manager was not in that day, he did in fact contact me, as promised, upon his return on 12/19, again, stressing his apologies...
