On Dec 25 2011 Todd S wrote, ...issue by taping the privacy slats with duct tape. When we awoke in the morning, we had multiple bug bites on our legs.We were under the sheets and blankets, so the only conclusion was bed bugs. Management was hesitant about changing the sheets. Management also did not offer another room or a refund. Their exterminator did not find any bed bugs, even though we had new bed bug bites in the morning....
