On May 3 2012 Ellen S wrote, Checked in about 5pm & room was dirty & bathroom was filthy but dirt I can deal with - bedbugs no way / about midnight went to bed & felt something. Bedbug on the bed by my arm & jumped up 3 more surried away - called front desk & said they'd switch rooms I left instead could never get a nights rest in that place- bedbugs travel & I hope I don't bring any with me - the afternoon staff was totally unfriendly...

On Mar 3 2012 Vik2012 wrote, ...see the pictures below. The worst was yet to come as I encountered roaches in the room and bedbug bites on my body. I spoke to the front desk girl who wouldn't believe me until I told her that there are a couple of dead roaches in the room that I killed. No pest control was done as I requested. This hotel should be shut down. Please stay away unless you want an experience of a lifetime sadly a bad one.
