On May 20 2012 Ana wrote, Checked in 5/19/2012. Room #1012. Woke up the next day laying next to a bed filled with bed bugs. Both beds had bed bugs. My husband and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like something was crawling on our skin but didn't think much into it. Told the hotel and they wouldn't do anything. Receptionist made no eye contact when I told her we had bed bugs. I'm assuming it wasn't new news to her....

On Mar 19 2012 My boyfriend and I are completely covered in bites. Legs, back, face, arms, etc. We have never experienced anything like this

Another couple told us they stripped the bed and covered them with the towels. Like us they slept? in their clothes. there is not even a glass in the room never mind soap etc. All kinds of weird characters were hanging about in the hotel and we did not feel safe.
