Now i'm all broken out in bug bites and hives and have to visit my doctor first thing Monday morning. The maid came to to "so-called" clean up and only made up ONE bed. I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and stay in a better hotel...

On Oct 22 2012 Getting ready to go to bed, turned down the sheets to find a bed bug on the pillow. Went to the front desk, they offered another room. However I no longer wanted to stay in this hotel, tried to contact Expedia for assistance, since the reservation was made thru them with no avail. Manager on duty checked the room and said he couldn't find any. 3 people in my party saw the bugs. Unacceptable.

On Apr 3 2012 I'm Brasilian and I stayed in Orlando Continental Plaza since february 21th, 2012 until march 09th, 2012. I had lot's of bed bug's bits on my body (back, arms and legs).

Did a Bed bug Check and the board between bed and wall was filthy as was the table attached to the wall, so I doubt they stay on top of bug issues when they arise. They also don't tell you they provide pool towels at reception, not the best quality but adequate. Overall a good hotel, not a bed bug in sight! Happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
