On Feb 19 2012 Kate wrote, November 2011 had a terrible bed bug experience bites all over all 3 of us. Maintness identified The problem imediatly when searching our room. Hotel did not offer to wash our clothing we had to put everything in garbage bags and go to a laundry mat. Not a way we wanted to spend our Thansgiving vacation.
