On Mar 3 2011 msm927 wrote, ...gross! The staff wasn't wearing hair nets or gloves when touching the food! I couldn't wait to get out of there, go home and disinfect all my stuff! There might be bed bugs in the hotel. I will not be surprised considering the poor hygiene of the place! My family will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anybody! Better spend $10-20 more but have a nice time in a better hotel!

On Nov 30 2010 PPWilliams wrote, ...access, the WIRED connections in three of our team rooms NEVER worked. One kid woke up with what appeared to be a rash and it turned out to be a bad case of bedbugs in their room. Kids had aparently been in our room prior to our stay as was evidenced by the cereals on the floor (vacuum didn't work maybe?). With the exception of the FIRST night, we ALWAYS had to ask for face towels for the room.

On Jan 28 2009 activeimage wrote, ...be a bother for them. I felt like I had to apologize for disturbing them every time I had a question. It was nice that breakfast was included but there is no fresh fruit just bagels, donughts and cereal. The worst part is that we got bitten by BED BUGS while staying at this hotel. I just called to let them know and they did not seem to care. All they said is that they would let the manager know .
