The lobby was nice, but the rooms, not so much. The staff wasn't very accommodating, or friendly. Hardly any amenities, not even a soda machine. However, two goods things. On May 14 2010 cp499705 wrote, Within minutes there were bugs crawling on the bed. Killed two and wasnt given any compensation. No anything. My skin is sensitive so dirty rooms just dont cut it. For $125 a night they should keep the bugs out. No flies or ants. A WATER BUG

On Jun 26 2007 OHtrip2 wrote, I stayed at the Crest for just one night and then the next morning had little tiny red bites all over my legs consistent with bed bugs - GROSS! DO NOT stay here unless you want to get bitten and possibly bring home bed bugs in your luggage! Disgusting.
