On Aug 27 2012 I HAD HARD TIME SLEEPING THERE FIRST I THOUHT BECAUSE ITS ME CHANGING PLACES BUT I WOKE UP EVERY HOUR SCRATCHING MYSELF, AND STARTS TO SEE THE BITE MARKS ALL OVER MY BODY, I MOVED OUT OF THE HOTEL SHORTLY AFTER THAT AND RENTED A HOUSE AND SADLY MY HOUSE NOW IS INFESTED WITH THESE BUGS

The problem was fixed immediately. If we needed anything from housekeeping , they were quick to respond. All in all , we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. By the way , no bed bugs or sand in our beds.

The rooms were free of bed bugs, but as we peeled the sheets away to check for them we found a mound of sand on the mattress. The bathtub bottom was painted and peeled away as we showered. One room was missing a shower curtain the other a table. The rooms allow six people to sleep, however we were only allowed four towels...

On Jul 20 2011 christy h wrote, ...bar action. First smell when we went to look at pool was vomit! The beach was ONLY positive. The bathroom is old and oudated. Doorknob to bathroom hanging and holes in wall spackled but not painted over. Dirty bathtub. Drained slow. Huge hair ball on floor. Came home with bed bug bites :( We used our reward points to stay here and expected much more. Sad all those points wasted on run down hotel.

After i confronted the front desk i had the POLICE called to me! After the cops saw why I was upset they filed the report IN MY FAVOR! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!
