Then in the morning, we noticed bed bugs on our pillows.I noticed 3 bites on my right forearm! On May 10 2012 I stayed in Room 803 on 05/07/2012 and in the morning found a bed bug running accross the bed. I took a picture of it and showed it to the person at the front desk. I waited for a manager to show up but one never did. I was told that he would contact me on my cell phone, which he hasn't to date. I noticed one bite mark on my arm. Very disappointed in the fact that I haven't received a call.

On Mar 20 2011 stayed here on 31st Dec for one night. Daughter in law woke up with bites on her arms and stomach. Spoke to hotel duty manager and denied any bed bugs have ever been found in hotel.

On Nov 22 2010 Hi Had problems with this Hotel in October Multiple bites. They gave me a new Room and manager tried his best. They deny having bed bugs. Certainly we had bites. What floor did the previous report happen on? Thanks. Would not like this report available yet please

On Sep 7 2010 We stayed at this hotel on 8 27 2010, before leaving for a cruise. My finance' woke up the day our cruise was starting with over 15 bed bug bites all over his lower legs! YIKES! Not good for a top notch hotel. Put a call this am into the manager on duty to let them know the situation, have not received a call back as of yet.

On Jun 25 2008 eridam wrote, ...became more intense and there were several insect-type bite bruises/swelling developing all on my back, arms, and legs with unbearable itching and swelling. It is clear that these were bedbugs/fleas due to the half-cleaning job done by housekeeping. After inspecting the sheets and mattress there was evidence of insect droppings. This was unfortunate especially since the hotel was nice otherwise.
