On Feb 7 2012 Karlie I wrote, I stayed in this hotel the end of January 2012 and the first night I awoke to find bed bugs crawling on me. When I called the hotel front desk they proceeded to ask me if they were palmetto bugs of course I have no idea what kind of bugs these are or at that time what bugs were in the bed. On Jan 3 2012 Stayed dec 26-27, found welt on arm jan 2 and six welts on my legs jan 3. Dumb and didn't check room. Stayed at two other hotels including postcard inn at holiday isle in the keys. Checked the other one, was a brand new room and mattress probably never used. Clean. Forgot to check postcard inn room. Not sure exactly where they came from.

On Sep 6 2011 August 29 - 30, 2011 My daughter saw one bedbug just walking across her bed in the evening, which surprised me since I had checked out mattresses when we got into the room and they seemed fine. I caught it in a tissue and brought it to the front desk. They changed our room (gave us a free breakfast) and when I checked out the mattresses in the new room they also looked fine. But who knows.

On May 6 2011 Didn't notice any signs of bed bugs until I was itchy the following morning. Definitely have what look like bed bug bites on my back and side.

On Mar 21 2010 chill1956 wrote, Stay away from this place. It is infested with bedbugs. We found them daily in our beds. The manager moved us once but the stains on the sheets in the new room told the story. We have been back home for a week and both of us are still having rashes. Never again.
