On Apr 2 2012 Ann E wrote, ...view" which looked out onto the main road and the messy overgrown trees and gardens, the whole place is in desperate need of a face lift. We walked through the resort and the whole place was run down, I believe that maybe 10 years ago the place may have looked like the postcard's in reception. The room had a musty smell, glad that it was just one night, got bed bug bites to take home with me.

On Dec 21 2011 I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and upon entering the hotel and looking under the mattress I seen bugs crawling around. I demanded a refund and did not want to stay at the hotel. The hotel manager would not refund the room, and I ended up leaving and paying for a room I did not stay in. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone!

On Sep 23 2010 Stayed 9/3/10, woke up and saw 2 bugs and some spots of blood. Because I didn't notice any bites, I thought I was okay. Almost a week later, my hands, arms, neck and FACE were covered with bites! Fortunately I didn't bring them home with me, but it has still been horrible. The bites take forever to clear up and are still visible. Ruined my memories of a good vacation in Key West! Paid a lot of money...
