On Aug 12 2011 wilba326 wrote, ...seemed like oyster shells the last time, I felt compelled to look at the mattress. It was a makeshift pillowtop. But at least no bed bugs! Overall, my 2nd stay at this Hilton was much better, but if they really want to make this the #1 property in Pensacola Beach, get some comfortable mattresses and give a southern girl some grits and biscuits in the morning! On Dec 2 2010 EMD1430 wrote, ...Manager was surley. When we received our bill for the room, one night had been taken off . We thought they were making ammends. NOT SO! Charged later after we returned home. Rooms old but adequate; no bedbugs that we noticed. Not up to Hilton standards. Location great. Beach pretty clean. Staff weak and extremely rude. We expected better service from a Hilton. Look for another beachfront hotel.
