On Jun 5 2012 iangel wrote, Lots and lots of bed bugs. Had to cut my trip short, throw away all my clothes and suitcase and buy new clothes to get home. When I told the front desk the staff was not concerned at all. The negligence here is unbelievable. The service is terrible.
