On Nov 21 2010 shasha43 wrote, ...and when I came back I was informed that the room previously had pets in it despite what I was previously told, but the person that allowed the pets forgot to tell them that the room needed to be sprayed. I was then told the room had fleas in it. They did not remove our things from the infested room, they left them. I believe it was not fleas in the room, but bed bugs. Could not rest after this.

I started to get itchy the minute I walked in - I checked the bed for bed bugs but couldnt find any (not even sure what they look liek actually). The bathtub was just nasty and the counter top dirty. The food from the resturant was actually good and well presented. The the hotel staff were very nice and helpful it's a shame that the management can't keep up the hotel...

On Sep 9 2007 emdavem wrote, we had been travelling all day and were disappointed to walk into our room and find signs of bed bugs in the room. We have had this problem at two other hotels and so that is the first thing we always check for before moving into the room. There were obvious signs of bugs including even seeing a couple on the bed itself. We got one into a cup and showed it to the manager, who moved us to another room...
