On Aug 2 2012 Steve K wrote, ...their room. Next tub would not drain. Towels appeared washed but dirty - beige-ish where supposedly white. Breakfast closing early with rushing my family to finish up and calling unprofessionally across lobby. Other employees showed no concern when my kids woke up with a roach IN their bed. Both kids and wife (2 separate beds) also woke with several bug bites. Bed bugs? Fleas? Stayed Aug 1, 2012.
