On Dec 27 2010 I checked in on December 15, 2010 and went to my room. I removed the head board and found a dead bed bug and their stains on the head board. I called the front desk and they offered a refund on my room. When I went to the front desk the clerk did not seem surprised. He pulled out a three ring binder from "Orkin" and logged my complaint.
