We assure you this situation was investigated and was confirmed that there were no bed bugs found in the guest room. We certainly appreciate this feedback and we'd like to assure future guests that we are working very hard to prevent this from happening again.

On Nov 5 2010 Company Traveler wrote, I was moved into a room at the Homewood suites. Woke up the next morning and went to work. Mid day I felt itchy under my socks. When I looked I saw a number of red spots on both legs. Went back to the hotel and checked my socks and the bed for fleas, thinking they were fleas. Didn't find anything.
