On Oct 8 2012 Carmelita- I am am a Local Key West hotel manager , whose hotel was once plagued with these monster bugs. During the infestation time I refunded 100's of dollars. Everyone affected was refunded in full. I'm a small hotel and this was financially very damaging. I know for a fact , that if you contact the health department and get an atty. you will easily recooperate your losses and then some. SHAME...

I am already paranoid about them so when we got to the room, I started inspecting. On Jun 15 2011 Annie wrote, My husband & I stayed at the Hyatt May 21 - 25, 2011. We did not experience any bed bugs. I read the prior report and booked the Hyatt anyway. I checked the sheets, bed, built in headboard and drawers. There were no bed bugs and we had a wonderful time.
