On Jun 3 2008 laurelspringer wrote, ...another room. We slept there and were bitten all night. When we woke up we found that there were bed bugs in out beds. We took the lady from the desk to our room and showed her and she did not charge us for the night and we went to the Outrigger. When we got home we had to leave our luggage outside and carry in our laundry straight to the washer because bed bugs are hard to get rid of. I scrubbed...

On Dec 1 2006 teresareiner wrote, ...for. The bad news is that we woke up at 4 am on our 1st night there and the bed was covered with bed bug (yes, they are visible). We immediately grabbed our things and went to the desk where the clerk was less than helpful. He offered us a different room but there was no way we were staying there one more minute. We ended up sleeping in the Waffle House across the street (the staff there was wonderful)...
