Disgusting. Burn holes in carpets and bed spreads. Bathrooms seem to be upgraded as if to mask the nasty room. BEWARE

On Oct 24 2011 D T wrote, ...members. This is pretty much where the positives ended for us. Our room was ok.until we found bed bugs crawling around on our pillows and mattresses. We were shocked and pretty grossed out. We asked the front desk if they could change our room so they upgraded our room near the pool. That ended up being a nightmare too because we could here people by the pool throughout the night and people walking...

On Feb 9 2011 NationalGeographic1 wrote, Our first room had stains in the toilet, i was told it was rust. They let me switch rooms with no problems. Houskeepers are very sweet. The rooms do have a bit of a musty smell, but we got used to it. It is in need of updating, but we didnt mind. Hot tub was great. We had no problems with bed bugs. I would recommend this to a friend for what we paid, which was not full price.

On Apr 21 2010 anapgama wrote, We went to Fort Myers on a soccer tournment and my 9 year old son slept on his own bed and to our surprise he woke up with blood spots all over his sheet. My husband was in shock to see at least 40 Bed Bugs crawling around him. He was bitten over a hundred times. We called the manager she nicely came over to witness the fact, she was amazed just like us. Make sure you check your bed before you laid down.
