No laundry bags, no printer at computer station, slow and stopped room internet, aging rooms decor, and carpet aging. Food was OK , room was ok, but got bit, found a dead bed bug under matress, who knows how many live ones came out at night. Now, 1 week later, I am in agony - itching all over my legs and sores from itching, I never experienced this before, even after travelling all over costa rica for several summers! This is horrible! BEWARE!

Enough Said! :( This hotel (more like a MOTEL) deserves a 1 star rating.Horrible rooms.bathrooms are so small.bed and furniture is so dated! Major renovation needed - especially the beds need to e Burned! Just because its in a good location doesn't mean its a good hotel. The gym is HORRIBLE too!
