On Mar 17 2012 Seralago hotel March 11-15, 2012. did not see any signs of bedbugs until leaving the room at 4am. Woke my son up by turning on the light and a bug was crawling away from him, I brushed it away and it smeared into a quarter sized spot of blood on the sheets. I googled bedbugs and that is what it was. then reported it to management.
